– Strikers U18s topped Galaxy U18s last weekend 2-1 with two goals from 2015 California commit ;96 Shinya Kadono and solid effort from ’97 Johnathan Klinsmann in net. Galaxy U18s welcomed back ’96 striker Adonis Amaya to the roster.

– 2015 Syracuse commit ’96 Spencer Held of Real So Cal grabbed a brace against southern California rivals Pateadores. Held’s goal tally is up to 13 on the year.

– US U15 stars ’00 Charly Anguiano & ’00 Kelee Cornfield-Saunders started and played a full 90 for Chivas USA U16s. Anguiano played in his traditional #6 role for the U16s while Cornfield-Saunders played on the backline. Chivas USA was defeated by Arsenal 1-0.

– 2016 New Mexico commit ’98 Ethan Zubek is becoming one of the top ’98s in USSDA play. The U16 Galaxy midfielder has netted 17 times this year including two last weekend against Strikers.

– Juventus Sport Club starlet & US U15 striker ’00 Ricky Mendez made the U16s bench and got 45 minutes in for the club this last weekend in a victory over Santa Cruz Breakers.

– Despite being at the bottom of the conference, San Juan Soccer Club U16s have plenty to look forward to. Reports out of the area have told OWTY that ’99 Shaft Brewer has been excellent for the club. The dual national (British & American) has started in all but one of the clubs games, scoring twice. Brewer, born in October 1999, is playing against players nearly two years older. Look for Brewer to factor in to the next US Residency class.

– Real So Cal U14 mdifielder ’00 Taylor Davila played up with the U16s all weekend and got in to both matches in the second half.
