MKFC’s great connections abroad led to try-outs in Spain where he landed with American-friendly UE Cornella.

Ozeri flourished in one of Spain’s most difficult youth division, leading UE Cornella to the U15 title in 2014, leading his side in scoring with 24 goals from the midfield.

International interest picked up for Ozeri following the season as both the United States and Isreali National Teams inquired. Ozeri attended a US U16 training center session in Philadelphia in July 2014 and an Isreali National Team camp in December 2014.

In early 2015 Ozeri made the move to Racing to join their U17 squad which began its season in late March.

It seems unlikely at this point in the US U17 cycle for Ozeri to get a shot with the squad just prior to the World Cup but US Soccer would be wise to keep tabs on the gifted midfielder with a knack for the goal. Ozeri has found success at every level he has competed in, continually pushing himself to new heights.
